    I got quicktime7, vlc player, that flip4mac wmv player plugin for quicktime, and wmp all installed and wmv just either sit there, stall the computer, load and only play once...

    using opera...kinda annoying...

    usually works for me in safari, using the wmp plugin.

    Wish people would stop using wmv though. its garbage, even when it does work properly.

    Most embedded video works fine for me when WMP is installed for Firefox or Safari. Never tried it in Opera tho, so that might be the problem.

    There is a plugin for Quicktime that will let it play WMV files and it costs $10-20 I think. Pricey, but you won't need WMP9 ever again.
