Don't recall ever seeing a thread like this, but if there has been, I apologize :o

    Camera mode (EZ/Av/Tv/P/Manual)?
    Capture (RAW, JPG, RAW+JPG)?
    Burst (Single Shot, Burst)?
Focus (AF, Zone, Single Point, Manual)?
    Metering (Eval, Center Wtd, Spot)?

On both my 40Ds I'm not sure if I've ever shot anything but Av, M, and RAW.

Actually I used the C modes for a while, but they're a pain in the ass (back when I only had 1 body)

    Full auto.

My camera knows what's best for me. That's why it's there.

it depends on what i am shooting, but lately i have been shooting...

    "M" mode

"MF" usually, but will switch it up to "AF" depending on what im shooting. i dont mess around with RAW much. i know the advantages, but JPG is fine for me.

i shoot in bursts usually, unless its a landscape shot.

usually centered weight on metering, but im always playing with new settings.

You're doing it wrong. You should be at 1/125, f/8 and ISO 200.
