I know its a great source of solid protein and all that, but when I get the tub infront of me, and I'm looking at the wet, lumpy cheese I have a hard time having more than a couple spoonfuls. Any ideas on better ways to have it?

i eat it plain. add a spoonfull of sugar to a cup of cottage cheese if you must, that'll help. or throw some berries or pineapple chunks in there.

Plain. Cottage cheese is excellent just the way it is.

Usually when I have an egg white omlette, i'll it both of them together. I'll take a bite of omlette, then before swallowing, a bite of cottage cheese with it. Evens it out.

don't eat it out of the tub. put a cup or half cup with a couple teaspoons of sugar free jelly and mix it up good, delicious.

Also, I made an oat and cottage cheese pancake this weekend. it was amazingly good.

These suggestions seem solid. I will try them over the next day or two.

I eat regular cottage cheese, so I think it tastes fine. They don't sell low fat or no fat here, so when I get back to the states and eat that shit, I'll offer suggestions later. :o

Mix it with tuna, mix it with a sweet potato, eat it raw, whatever. It tastes fine to me.

Perhaps you should start "eating" it and stop "taking" it. :dunno:

its good plain, but sometimes i mix a little snack mix into it. adds a ton of texture, and you dont need a lot of snack mix, just sprinkle some over the top.

i probably wont do this much anymore, since im cutting now :hs:

Ooooo I just had my pre-workout meal. 1 cup of brown rice mixed with 1 can of tuna. Everytime I took a bite of that stuff, i'd shovel in a bite of cottage cheese too! Tastes soooo good.

Mix a good bit of splenda and cinnamon in there or mix some pineapple chunks or really just any type of fruit.
