get busy. when thoughts of delish food is in my head, I do some other work that preoccupies me. Have 6 small meals a day or one every 2.5-3 hours. Drink lots of water.... To stop binging, eat just enough food, drink a glass of water and wait ten minutes. If you still feel hungry, then eat more.... otherwise thats one way to stop just going all out.

Drink ice cold water until your stomach hurts.

Keeping busy is good as well though.... When I feel a craving coming on I usually just eat something healthy ASAP because you will not crave other food if you are full..... and drink tons of water.

I had a cheat day yesterday and all I can say is that I enjoy sweet food/carbs a LOT less than I used to. I don't even like oats that much anymore :wtc:

I had to do the same crap last week. I went to a friends house and he had no food and we were hungry. They ordered deep dish pizza w/ tons of toppings and fried cheese sticks. I looked at that pizza and starred it down for a good 5min as my stomach rumbled......

Then I got up and went to Wendy's where I purchased a grilled chicken sandwich with no sauce, baked potato w/ no butter, and a side salad with fat free dressing :wtc:
