Kind of an odd question, but i recently took about a month off and easily gained 10 lbs with thanksgiving and all. So i'm back in it now and diet is coming back to normal, however i've noticed that there is a guy at work who eats fast food daily and he's a big guy, don't get me wrong but doesn't seem to get any bigger with the amount of fatty foods he eats.

so i'm asking is there a particular size that you won't go over no matter what your current lifestyle is? I noticed when i wasn't even working out or doing anything active and eating whatever i wanted i'd hover around 225 and wouldn't get much bigger (i was a disgusting fat slob, and hope to never see that again)

but yeah, when does your body stop putting on weight?

Don't measure yourself against anyone else. Metabolism and insulin resistance is very individual.
Your body puts on fat as long as you have an energy surplus. Calories being energy vs your activity. There is no "weight" to go by.

when you are at maintenance or deficit calories

if you put 10 pds back on in 1 month w/o tryin you probably have poor dietary habits. you need to know what caloric intake you need to maintain your weight and then eat at that level

I know what you mean, once I hit about 200 I can eat like a madman and really not gain anymore weight. But staying ~175 requires me to eat clean all the time:mad:

Everyone is just built differently :dunno:

that being said I haven't seen 175 for like 2 years
