How do you make your protien shakes?

    my first time i drank it, i just added water to it, blended it than drank.


    IT WAS HORRIBLE.

    now i just add a banana and a little bit of peanut butter then blend it, its pretty good. i have chocolate flav.


    how do you guys do yours?

    I just bought protein powder yesterday. So I have only made 2 shakes so far but both mine have tasted pretty good.

    I just add:
    water
    milk
    oats
    almonds
    banana
    chocolate powder

    wouldnt mind some other options to try though

    water, whey...slammage. ON chocolate.

    If I need the cals, some natty pb blended in. Meh, I'm not taking it for the taste sensation, so if it doesn't make me want to vomit, I'd call it a bonus.

    i wish i could put milk in there. it would taste so much better.

    what do you guys suggest i do for my case, im cutting and if i just drink it with water only, id seriously throw up......what do you guys think i should add?

    Just use Skim Milk. I really doubt 90 cals will kill you.

    milk + scoop of powder+ spoon, too lazy to worry about adding other shit.

    2 scoops choc mix, cup or so of frozen mixed fruit, some milk. Put it in the Vita Mix and go to town. Tastes so good. It's not a chore to eat, its a treat.

    2 scoops chocolate milk muscle milk...2 cups .5% milk...2 egg whites..and i mix my creatine in it,,,taste pretty damn good

    2 scoops chocolate + water in a blender tastes pretty good to me. the blender is key, it makes it thick and frothy.
