It depends on your weight and how much other fish you eat.
put relish in it. and about a gallon of mayonaise per can of tuna. or you can just eat it fast and plain =D
don't eat it if you don't like it
you don't have to eat tuna, i can't stand the canned shit and i simply don't use it. I do however love some fresh rare yellowfin on occasion, expensive though.
I just open up the can and put some Grey Poupon in it. It's pretty good.
jsut add various condiments until you find something you like
I like tuna with mustard.
add italian dressing
soy sauce + wasabi
and like GT said... just find something that works for you and stick with it... then SWITCH!
I buy the flavored stuff...hickory smoked and lemon pepper tastes good. I'm not a big fan of the regular.

mustard, I have 2 cans a day and despise the tuna, but it's cheap
i only eat tuna raw.

mayo + relish + black pepper + diced onions or celery. Place on wheat bread and enjoy.

Seafood sauce dominates the taste of the tuna.
whole wheat tortilla + tomato sauce + 1 can of tuna + cheese of your liking + sliced jalapenos then bake in oven for 7-10 mins on 350* = sex
I put mine in pasta sauce and eat it over whole wheat noodles.

i use hot saucenever thoght of the italian dressing going to haveto try it i like it plain also
