I sometimes have wierd things happen with either my graphics card, cpu cooler, and hardrives. Sometimes my graphics card loses power i think cuz my screen goes blank, and monitor goes to stanby mode. Sometimes my cpu cooler shuts off for like 1 second or just stutters. Also i boot sometimes and my computer doesn't notice my 2nd hard drive. My psu is a Antec 480 watt true blue that i have owned for about 4 years now. Think it is about spent?

The old 250w PSU from my old P3-800 was from 1998. It was some cheap Chinese brand. The name-brand HDD in the box died first.
