If you have to go out of town for a couple of days for work or pleasure, how do you keep up with your routine? What do you do about protein shakes?

Unless you are getting on stage, don't worry about it.

If you're that anal about it, go to the hotel gym and do a circuit and some cardio.

Just try to eat clean and don't worry about it. Couple days out of town wont hurt you

a lot of towns have recreational centers, so I always hit those up. like $5 for a 1 week pass. usually have an ok weight room+pool/running track. If you're staying at something more than a motel 6 most hotels have little weights rooms with bikes and all that.

there are plenty of little exercises you can do if you're really THAT worried...

    -different kinds of pushups
-fill up the ice bucket at hotel and curl it (dunno how heavy that'd be but it's something) or curl some heavy clothes on a hanger
-use a desk chair to do tricep dips
-lift the desk chair above your head for shoulder press
    -use your imagination

There are less than 5 people on this forum that would actually need to worry about missing protein shakes while they go away for a day or two.

Make good food choices while you're away and you'll be fine.

    Stop thinking so much.

Hookers and blow will keep you lean when you're out of town.

I usually sign up for a week at a local gym. They sell protein shakes and stuff there so I just buy the individual bottles. Sometimes it's worth paying for the convenience.
