Love the shoulder and row one, thinkin about giving the chest ones a shot
idk no hammer machine for home
dont have any, but I bet the row one is pretty nice
the decline is boss, the incline is nice too. iso-wide is meh. I throw them in after bb occasionally.
I do high rows, reverse pec dec, and incline bench here and there.
I use the shit out of the high/low rows, incline bench, and shoulder press
usually after my main barbell lifts for high reps
i like to use the incline for high reps as well as the CSR's
I'll do them for the 3rd or 4th exercise usually for 12-15 reps, never under 10.
yeah I usually hit them for 15-20 reps near the end of a workout, great way to finish things off
whats hilarious is there are always people in there using entirely too much goddamn weight on them with barely any range of motion, then they act like they're badasses. Fuckers.
I rarely use them. If I do it'll be incline chest, chest supported row, and pec-deck (forward and reverse).
I'd say every week I work in maybe one or two machine movements.
The incline plate loaded thing is good, so is the low row.
The incline is fucking hard as fuck to lock weights out on. Not sure why but I have a huge problem locking shit out on it. I do the HS stuff for 12-20 reps.
i use the multi grip row machine. hammer strength makes some pretty good shit for shoulder and back. i esp like how they use plates rather then weight stacks.
what shoulder one? the military press?
yeah my gym has a few different presses by hammer
i dont use hammer because i dont think i am using it correctly.. i never get a good pump feeling from hammer incline or wide iso
looks like this
Same with all other movements like bench, etc.
i dont overload the hammer though and i do my best to practice full ROM on every exercise.. i dont know what im doing wrong
Muscle imbalance? Do you feel anything at all?
mostly in my arms and shoulders
