I have been crusin the boards for a while and I am just starting to lift. I was wondering how you guys measure your % BF. I got one of those scales that have the metal BF strips on them, are they very accurate? or do you use the calipers?

I tried to search but it wouldn't let me. I think you need a subscription to search?

    Thanks.

Scales suck, calipers are much much better.

It's apparently one of the better ones for that price. I have it, but I have nothing to compare it to in terms of accuracy.

calipers are based more for progress, not for actual body fat readings

hydrostatic weighing is one of the cheaper methods out there for a fairly accurate reading
