That ebook is available for free :mamoru:
I think he's ok generally if you're a friggin skinny dude with a fast metabolism and if one has no healthy habit at all and just need to eat better. His boner on workout drinks and bcaa is somewhat strange though, he has something to push and it's his Surge. Check out Alan Aragon instead.

    ^^ Werd.

He talks about Surge wayyyy too much. Isn't it just maltodextrin and whey? The price is ridiculous too.

educationally, I'd say he;s pretty good. We got his Ph.D at Western which has a great Kin program and Dr. Lemon, who he studied under, is a pretty smart feller from what my Kin friends told me.

Surge is actually d-glucose, whey-protein hydrolysate, and then maltodextrin, in that order. It's all about spiking insulin.

It's working better than whole food if you're training in the morning on an empty stomach and then only take that before, during and/or after. And for the skinny bastards who complain about now being able to eat enough, being able to sip on a couple hundreds of calories is necessarily going to make things better...
