I'm used to writing all my HTML/PHP/CSS by hand, but I know this is the slow and stupid way. What do you guys use for web development?

you are always going to need to write it by hand to avoid the clunk / bloated mess automated programs do. BUT to help your self out, I would come up with your own framework or even use a framework that is specific to the language you are using.

I'm still learning a lot of it, so I prefer to type it out manually so I know whats going on.

    Eventually i'll find a framework :o
