Im talking about a clean bulk here. How do you guys cook your chicken breats, steaks, salmon, veggies, etc...

    Do you guys grill/stir fry/deep fry/bake/etc....

Do you guys take into consideration all the spices you add for flavor?

Since its -1433 degrees outside, pretty much everything gets pan fried with non-fat cooking spray, or with olive oil.

when doing the diets, I usually grill a bunch of chicken a few different ways at the begining of the week, then just warm it up.

me too.! gonna try marinated chicken breast in low fat italian baked tonight.

I mostly bake or pan fry with a minute ammt of pam or olive oil...

South beach diet makes really good wraps that are LOADED with protein and fiber 250 cals or less...no cooking tho.:hs: Just thought I'd add it. I try to get lots of fiber and protein, fills me up better=less caloric intake...low fat. I do brown rice with out butter, and mix the seasoned black beans with it. yummy :yum:

my mom made chicken in a sauce like this the other day:

    can of tomato sauce
    a couple garlic cloves
    one onion
    a little soy sauce
    chilli powder
    and mixed chopped vegetables

make enough of that sauce to fit the amount of chicken you want to go with it, BOIL it all together and let simmer for a while afterwards.... you will not be fucking sorry you made this.

I get chicken taco flavoring at the store, which is like 25 calories a serving... and I think they're only 2 per packet, and a packet lasts at least 3-4 individual servings.

Anyways, I add water, the seasoning, a drop of olive oil, and the chicken breast and cook for about 10 minutes or so.

It's delicious, I'm about to have a wrap of it for lunch... plus non fat, low calorie shredded moz. cheese

I love real grilling, not always practical though.

Find some smoked paprika  it's fucking awesome on everything.

Usually just cook my steak and chicken on the foreman since I'm at school. Although sometimes i just toss the chicken in a pan with soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, pepper, garlic and simmer it for awhile when I get bored of the foreman. You can also do that with italian dressing and balsamic vinegar. Actually i'm sure you could do it with a lot of things.
