Flattened and rolled up with prosciutto and gorgonzola cheese and breadcrumbs. Marinated in yogurt and curry paste is easy and good too, then grilled with peppers and onions.

Frank Dux Secret Cooking Tip: Throw crystal light powder or any other low/zero calorie mix (i use wal-mart's generic shit, works awesome) on the chicken. I've used orange and lemonade along with pepper. Taste fucking fantastic

Little olive oil, montreal steak spice then onto the BBQ for 4 mins a side. Sometimes I chop it up after and put with pad thai noodles and sauce or ceaser salad.

For the most part, I have little time to eat anything but the chicken breasts themselves and steamed veggies for lunch and dinner.

Seared in the pan first then throw the top on to steam them a bit and get the center cooked good. Throw them on the grill other times. Usually I cook a couple plain for use in whatever or with whatever sauce later. Other then that I'll coat them with red pepper or paprika or whatever.

KC Masterpiece steak seasoning and some lowry's, then grill it.

Sometimes I put Teryaki or BBQ on it if I'm feeling crazy.

bake at 375 for 40 - 45 mins. just throw random spices. I usually cook 2 pans worth at once, so two different flavours if you want.

salt and pepper is still the best though

    mmmm lots of ways

my fav way for just prep because i can pretty much add it to anything throughout the week then is slicing it up into small strips [like, fajita style slices], rinsing it with water, then *lightly* dredging it with flour, throw in pan with some olive oil, salt and pepper however much you prefer [I use a TON of pepper], brown on both sides, profit.

it's soooo good  i eat it just like that with nothing else all the time

perfect for a marsala sauce the next day :coold:

ps - butter helps it brown more, so if it's having a hard time browning with olive oil, you can toss a tad of butter in there to help quicken the process, if you need to [I usually don't, but sometimes I do]

just a side note when you guys grill chicken in olive oil... if its crispy its transfat coated :) so carefull with timing and make sure the oil doesnt bubble or smoke. prob better to do in coconut oil since its already a saturated fat and cant alter triglycerides via heat
