How do you get rid of work-out sores?

    Well I worked my legs fucking hard about 2 days ago, I was a bit sore the day after, but the follow day I couldn't even fucking get up without feeling pain.


    I drank a protein shake last night and I'm feeling a little better today, but still can't use my hills, I have to tippy toe.


    Does anyone have any tips?

    did you just start working out or do a new exercise you've never done?

    I would try stretching and eating potassium and protein. :dunno: And take your vitamins!

    I'm new to working out.


    I am working through it but it's unbearable pain, I can't even get up and walk.

    You'll get used to it. If you're willing to pay some more monies, BCAA help against DOMS. It does everything :eek3:

    It's normal. The best way to get rid of them is to just keep working out. Do some warmup cardio, and the soreness will be gone by the time you start lifting for the day.

    I love Doms:) If i dont get Doms. i dont feel like i achieved anything:)
    the best part.. is LIfting with doms in a seconday muscle group:) I love the pain of doing shoulders and triceps while my chest is on fire from doing chest 2 days prior...

    Get in the shower. Alternate hot and cold water on the area while massaging it.

    for me, running...

    funny thing is that after 3 miles... even the worst soreness goes away and i'm ready to give 100% the next day
