How do you get rid of love handles without cutting down on food?

    alright im 6'0 210 with a large back and chest but my abs are subpar. i have small love handles i noticed when i took a pic earlier

    i want to keep eating the way i do but i want to lose the love handles. i keep on trying to bulk and its working but i need to slim down on the waist

    i dont do any exercises for abs though so is that effecting me? if i start doing crunches will that help?

    jogging is out of the question i work construction all day and there is no way im jogging but i usually come home for an hour and lift weights 3 times a week so should i add in some serious crunches?

    so you don't want to do cardio, and you don't want to eat less. fail.

    just try to eat leaner, focusing on protein. and try to fit in two days of HITT or hill sprints, it will only take a half hour twice a week, i'm sure you can fit it in.

    btw i got a life people i got 1 hour monday-thursday to workout im not trying to workout 5 days a week 2 hours a day, i work constuction i get a workout everyday with lifting weights as a bonus

    my legs are like tree trunks from hockey and i carry shit all day at work im pretty solid down low im like a skyscraper i got a good core.

    the only thing im willing to change in my diet is not getting fries with my meals anymore and not eating chocolate, shit like that

    the thing is i am serious but since my past people take me as a joke and since the thread turned into a joke ive went along with it

    overall my question through all of them BS is: if i cut down un fatty foods and do alot of crunches will this help cure the problem

    yes i am trying to get rid of them halfassed but thats all the effort i want to put into it. im a major stoner who works all day i cant be getting into major training here i love my Steak bomb subs

    My fucking serious response to you is NO, nothing will fucking change. You aint willing to do shit, if it was that easy everyone would be walking around ripped and muscular, youre not ready to make any sacrifices nor do you know anything about nutrition evidently "if i cut out the fatty foods" is ridiculous and doesnt even make sense. just stop and dont worry about it. live your life and go grab a cheese steak already.
