alright im 6'0 210 with a large back and chest but my abs are subpar. i have small love handles i noticed when i took a pic earlier i want to keep eating the way i do but i want to lose the love handles. i keep on trying to bulk and its working but i need to slim down on the waist i dont do any exercises for abs though so is that effecting me? if i start doing crunches will that help? jogging is out of the question i work construction all day and there is no way im jogging but i usually come home for an hour and lift weights 3 times a week so should i add in some serious crunches?
