How do you develop the chest?

    I'm talking about the inner (to get that nice rift down the middle) and the lower chest (below the nipple)? :confused:

    1. Any specific workout to target these areas?
    2. Or any modification to your grip on the weight bar?

    this one guy was saying, wide clavicles - focus on fly movements for the bulk of your chest training, narrow clavys' - focus on pressing movement, its something worth giving a try and see if it works for ya, but it could also be total b.s. , so dont listen to me, im not milos sarcev :(

    I might give that a shot. Pressing obviously isn't working, and I consider myself to have pretty wide clavicles

    and another shitty disadvantage, chest is mainly genetic and where your insertion points are. If you have a shitty shape now, the only way to fix it is to be a fucking monster
