So today was the second time i've done face pulls, and i'm not sure if i'm getting it right. i'm doing these on a cable machine with a rope attachment while standing. i notice that i lean back when i do these, and i'm not sure if that's correct form. i only lean back because the weight i'm using is heavy enough where i can't just stand straight and pull it. should i be standing straight and use less weight? doesn't seem to productive when i do use less weight. i also use a a grip where my thumbs are outwards, so that when i'm pulling, my arms are parallel to the ground the whole time. i've seen clips where the thumbs are inwards, so that the arms become perpendicular to the ground as you pull, but it seems that works out bis more. any tips? thanks!
