I have this shit down to an art:

    1. use my foreman grill
    2. Make sure boneless skinless chicken breasts are thawed out completely
    3. spice however (I am an animal and so I dont spice at all anymore ;))
    4. make sure you have grill set to highest heat for as long as it takes to heat up completely (Mine takes 5-10 mins)
    5. Put chicken on grill (should hear the searing noise of the hot grill against room temp chicken)
    6. leave on for about 5 mins depending on the thickness of the chicken

The time to cook is always differant. I usually cut into the thickest piece on the grill and make sure it isnt pink. As I said, usually 5 or so mins.

If you suck at grilling chicken that bad just get those pre-smashed breasts that cook evenly. Pretty much impossible to fuck those up.

Stir fried chicken with a small amount of olive oil or cooking spray is really quick and easy too.

Put it in a pan, cover the pan with a lid from a pot. It makes it cook pretty evenly... like a half bake, half pan fry type deal... turn it over once too. :o

Take 2 frozen chicken breasts, microwave for 6 minutes on high, spray with can't believe its not butter spray, coat with a light sprinkling of tony's, and put on the foreman for 5 minutes.

If they are really thick, you may have to cut them in half and put them with the center down for about a minute.

If you want some recipes, pm me. I worked at a 4.5 star restaurant for a while, and can show you some tricks.

If you're a retard and don't think you can cook (which you can), just throw a little duck fat in a fry pan and cook the chicken with a lid on it like so.

wet some napkins with hot water and when the foreman has cooled down, put them on both sides of the grill plates and close it. When you want to use it tomorrow the shit will be easy to wipe off with the napkins.

cut the breast into a ton of small pieces....broil it in a pan...once it gets 3/4 of the way done sprinkle some cayanne/chili powder/various other spices that tickle your fancy.

put on plate...top with frank's hot sauce.
