    substituting coffee in for some of the water is good too.

    I'll have just cinnamon and some honey or muscle milk. doesn't taste great but I devour the shit in 3 minutes anyway

    Oats + PB + Brown sugar = win.

    It's even better if you mash up a banana into it, but that's not recommended if you're cutting.

    But I literally NEVER use sugar. Even if I werent dieting, I would eat sugar anyway. I mean, I wouldnt add it to anything.

    Not trying to be synthetic or anything, but: does consuming that shit in such high quantities every worry you? I know all the studied have not determined anything conclusive, but it seems like you eat tons of that stuff and you just confirmed it :rofl:

    Not at all. Splenda is the best of all the synthetic sweetners. Aspartame may or may not have issues, saccharin causes cancer (in rats), but I have yet to see ONE study citing any negatives to sucralose. It passes through the body undigested so I really dont see any possible issues.

    Compare that to just plain sugar, which is probaly the main cause of type II diabetes in the world.
