    Onion and galic power
    Bacon
Cut chicken open and insert pre-cooked bacon, bake chicken with seasoning and enjoy.

I've been sprinkling some Taco Mix on mine, I know it's basically salt but fuck I can actually stomach bulk chicken now.

I take fiber one cereal, chili powder, garlic powder, black pepper and grind it up in a food processor. Then bread the chicken with it using egg whites. Bake it in the oven and add some hot sauce over the top. :yum:

mrs dash spicy stuff or some seasoned salt every now and bake them shizzels. I end up throwing some Franks RedHot on them anyways, so I don't go overboard with marinating or seasoning.

I just throw on random seasoning + hot sauce.

I generally hate the taste no matter what, but it doesn't bother me when I think of what cause it's going towards.

The key is to remove the chicken from the heat while it's still just BARRRRREEELLLLYY undercooked. In a couple minutes, it'll cook itself and you'll have moist chicken

There is no risk if you know what you're doing. Besides, slightly undercooked chicken != guaranteed salmonella. I've never gotten sick from it :dunno:

stuffing has near limitless possibilities. here's one

slice it in half. pound it thin. put blanched spinach + walnuts + feta + mushrooms + whatever else i want (or leave some of that stuff out, etc)
roll it up, and secure with toothpicks
bake 350, until cooked through. broil to get some color on it.
slice into discs. serves 2 (small- non-gaining portions) with a side of rice/quinoa/macaroni/etc

    325-425 depending on how patient/hungry I am
hotter = greater chance to have dry chicken
