    keep ur muscles hard like how they are from after working out..A few hours later, they get softer and the tone isnt as great

    Some people would say take some CEE (creatine), but all that is is distilled battery acid (very obvious by the taste), so just sip on some battery acid all day to save money.

    Seriously. I ordered a small amount from BN to try it out. I'm probably not taking enough because I don't feel any different when working out but if I took more I'd probably vomit. :ugh:
