one of the disadvantages to being a lighter guy is that some of the body-weight dependant exersizes are a bit too easy. my pullup sets are up to around 23, and i'd like them to be about 10. i tried them with a backpack but the straps gave my shoulders an indian burn (for lack of a better term :hs:)

how can i go about adding weight that doesnt cut off my arm circulation?

at my gym, we have something called a weight belt. this weight belt is a wonderful contraption. it is similar to a belt used to support the back when attempting heavy lifts, except this belt has a chain attached to it :eek3:. and with this chain :eek3: a user of this belt is able to do amazing things. some of these breath taking abilities include but are not limited to attaching dumbbells and plates in between ones crotchal area.

In addition to the belt, I've heard people recommend holding a dumbell with your feet, but I could never get this to work.

    cheapest and easiest way, IMO

    simple steps

    1) place dumbbell of chosen weight centered in between your legs
    2) grip bar with hands
    3) pull up just a little so the top of your feet catch the bottom of the top set of dumbell plates
    4) "pinch" your feet together so the db wont move
    5) pull up
    6) repsss

Stick your cock through the weights and collar it on with a nailgun.

    dip belt

its amazing what a difference 25-45lbs can make on pullups, even 10lbs at lower bodyweights.

you can always used the dumbell between feet or hooked into crossed calves, but this often affects form.

plus having a dip belt is good for weighted dips, one of the best chest/triceps exercises.
