Just curious how sleeve planning goes. Do most people...

..plan the whole sleeve at once?

..just keep adding until it turns into a sleeve? If so, do they stick with the same artist or hop around?

Either way you want. I've had one planned out in advance and entire outline done in one session. Another we picked one piece at a time, day of appointment. My 3rd was done free hand also day of appointment. My last leg will be a collaberation piece of some of my favorite artist.

i personally like them when they're planned out...there's just this cohesiveness and fluidity that you oftentimes see in them that you don't in those that are thrown together over a length of time.

there are a a couple of small (and i guess large) tattoos i have where i wish i would've planned further ahead with the current plans for coverage that i have.
