How do people eat 8,000 calories a day?

    Seriously, I get to 6k calories and I start to feel sick. The one day I actually pulled off 8k, I had to take a nap or else I would have puked my guts out.

    I'm 150-155lbs 6'2" with a fast metabolism.

    It seems like some days naturally I can eat 6k easy, some days its a battle...

    Does it seriously take 6k to gain weight? Or are you just on the fast track to getting skinny fat

    I was told to eat 8k a day, and I workout. I'm trying to gain weight so I can gain more muscle.

    who the hell told you that? I have a fast metabolism myself but weigh over 100 lbs more than you. At your weight I was eating about 5000 and gaining fine

    I can't reach the 8k! I eat like 5-6k so I think I'm fine since getjacked eats 5k and says he did well.

    I used to eat 5k around your weigth, but I've had to up it multiple times to keep gaining. Use your judgement, if you are starting to get too fat and gaining weight too fast chances are you're eating too much. If you just aren't gaining, well you're not eating enough.

    The thing is, I could eat all day and sit around and not gain weight. I think 5-6k is best for me, since I feel sick at 8k.

    Actually I passed out eating 3k, it was bad, but I was also running 6 miles a day.

    i cant eat over 3.5k calories a day without getting sick

    You're only supposed to eat 500-1000 calories over maintenence right?

    What are you doing training for the olympia? You dont need 8k to gain weight, hitting micky-D's 3 times a day isnt gonna do you any good either.

    8-12 ounce of steak for every meal + a whole potatoe and 2-3 cups of oats and protein shakes w/ 2 cups of oatmeal and 68gms of protein in between meals will get you swole nigga.

    i'd try 4k for a few weeks, if you aren't gaining, then up it

    5-6k is a LOT for 155lbs
