For a publicly traded partnership, are the k-1 items divided evenly between all the partnership units or do they get allocated differently among all the individual holders?

i.e. can I look at an income statement and know what any given partner is seeing on their k-1 if I know how many shares they own?

wrong section batman. But as an answer I dont know. We havent went over what a k1 is. I dont think an IS would have stock info on it unless it was gains or losses or aquirements of other companies.

No this is actual investing. I'm considering some investments but these entities have complex tax consequences.
