    how do i change the color of the title/alt attribute? like, you know when you put your mouse cursor over an image or text and there will be a box that pops up and gives you a description of somesort telling you something...

    it comes out as default [ beige/tan background with black text ], how would i go about to changing it to like a [ green background with white text ] or any color for that matter...i know you can do it, i just don't remember how...help plz :)

    i've honestly never changed that tag, but your best bet would be to search for css settings... maybe this will work?

    Code:
    <img src="blah.jpg" alt="Your Text" style="background: #00FF00; color: #FFFFFF;">

    *edit:

    or try this:

    Code:
    <img src="blah.jpg" alt="Your Text" style="alt {background: #00FF00; color: #FFFFFF;}">

    thanks for the code, but that doesn't work because its not only css but as well as javascript because you have to define how the title attribute will display...but thanks again dude!

    Its not Javascript. You can't edit it without changing the users Windows theme, since that's what controls it. You can however, include a Javascript snippet that makes custom alt-text popups (I've seen them on dynamicdrive I think, I could be mistaken).
