Either the back part with the motherboard or the cage with the drives has to come out but we can't figure out how to get it out. Anybody know how to do this?

I hate those little cases. Whoever designed it should be shit on and roasted over hot coals.

See that yellow sticker with the arrow on it? You have to pull a lever out which will, in theory, allow the entire drive cage to slide forward. In reality, it usually sticks like crazy and you have nowhere to get any leverage on it.

Do the owner a favor, oil the lever before you put the thing back together.
