I removed mine by taking off the F1 and F2 keys, along with the F11 + F12 keys. There are two screws underneath those keys. Once removed you can pop off the keyboard.

Even on the new Ai Powerbooks? I thought the keyboard was part of the frame (and hence it's wonderful non-flexyness)

about 20 screws on the outside and 13 to remove the keyboard from the topcase. Look for directions online if you take it off wrong you will mess up the topcase.

if its like the ibook then you unclip the two things up top between esc and f1 and f11 and eject (f12) by pressing and sliding them down, then you unscrew the screws by the airpost card, remove the airport card, then you'll see the connector besides the ram slot.
