i've been lifting less weights and i still get them on my biceps. any help?
what should i do?
cocoa butter is supposed to help, isnt for me though laser or light treatment is the only quick fix i know of
cocoa butter actually does help. my bro, whose overweight, used it for about a month, 2-3 times a day. about 50-70% of his stretch marks were gone on his hip/sides, lower saggy armpit, between thighs, etc.

i've heard a lot about this stuff. Can anyone on here attest that it works on long term stretch marks, not just recent ones?
i've been using it on mine for about a week, and they seem to be fading.
and how old are these stretch marks and where are they at?
i have the same problem, irronically its all from building muscle instead of gaining fat, and i used 2 be an uber fat ass.
atleast U don't have shit from growing to fast (height wise).. I went from 5'10 to 6'2 in one summer (3 months)
My lower back is loaded with them, and surgery cost too much
across biceps, then kinda down the shoulder into the armpit area
they are about 6mo to a year old
