I have multiple sites connected to our corporate office via VPN's. At each Site, there is a local server running Windows Server 2003 Std, and at corporate, we have two servers, one running 2003 Std and another running Server 2000 (which I hope to upgrade soon).

I would like to set up the computers at remote locations to authenticate to the local server unless that server is unavailable. Any idea if or how I could do this?
