I realize this may be a stupid question but how do I open specific ports on My computer? Is there a program or command line to use to see a list?

ports on the router? you need the ip to the router
    check portforward.com

its usually 192.168.62.1 or something I think.. depends on the router

If it is Windows 2000 and no firewall you don't need to do anything.

If it's Win XP SP2 with the firewall enabled you can find it in the Control Panel.

We need more details to be able to help you.

If you don't have a router, and you have XP SP2, just add the game/application to the exclusion list in the firewall settings.
