how do i lose my man breasts aka pec fat?... *PIC*

    right now im at 5'7 193LBS (when i wake up in the morning)... it tends to flucuate to 198-199 during the day, but anyway, i think im too heavy, im working on getting down to maybe 175 and then bulking up, i already went down from 205, and ive been lifting on and off up until last year, which is hwen i lifted for 6 months and took a 3 month break which i shouldnt have cuz i got fat, well now i started up about 1.5 months ago... this is my pic..
    if i just keep losing weight will the fat go away with it?

    also, how do i get my rear delts to pop out?!!

    you really should cut for a couple months and just get rid of the fat. you have about a good 30lbs of fat on you it looks like. find out your maintenance calorie requirements and then eat ~500 or more less per day (which equates to 3500 or more less per week/~1lb or more).

    those are the basics. you can look on bodybuilding.com and stuff to help with the big details that i'm missing.

    i had em even at not too high BF%... they've jsut recently diminished because I've just been getting leaner overall and eating less carbs, more protein.

    Ya you gotta start cutting to lose the fat. And could you possibly hook it up so I can get upgraded to a sports membership instead of the regular one. They want me to pay a enrollment fee again when I have already done that before.

    are those stretch marks or veins on your bicep?

    btw- you do have a female type fat pattern so you would benefit from aromatase inhibition and A2 blocking (estrogen suppression and blocking of the receptors that estrogen upregulates causing stubborn female fat)
