I used to be able to watch an entire movie, and browse the internet at the same time, now I'm lucky to get 2 hours just using the internet...

According to iStat, my Battery is at 65%, with 298 cycles...

Anyone have any advice of what I can do to improve this?

well you are using 2 of the things that kills the battery the quickest
    1) wireless
    2) if it's from a dvd, the optical drive is eating your battery, if it's from your harddrive, 2 hours of straight harddrive use will eat your battery.

also, if your battery is at 65% capacity when fully charged, you might want to look into a new battery.

best thing you can do if you want to continue to use both, lower the screen brightness to the lowest notch...that's pretty much your best bet to get a little more juice.

i'm starting to think maybe it's inaccurate to say 100% still...?

although when i sent my macbook in for a repair in december (1 week after i bought it) they sent it back out with a new battery

to the thread poster: i've found that airport can be a huge power hog, sometimes i will double my battery life if i turn off airport while watching a movie on my hard drive. also, when i watch stuff on youtube over wifi, my battery life plummets considerably. be sure to turn off bluetooth when not using it and keep the screen brightness at 1/4

    Try a battery re-calibration,

You fully drain the battery, let it sit for a few hours (til it resets) then fully charge the battery again.

I'm on a MBP with 86 Battery Cycles and sitting around 94% of Original Capacity.

Thats true of Ni-Cad batteries, but is that true of Li-ion?

if i had to make an educated guess, i'd say 1 cycle is to go from fully charged to completely drained
