You're going to need at least an amplifier. Then just run the audio from your computer to the amp.

probably just a 1/8" stereo phono plug (headphone jack) to RCA cable. You can pick those up just about anywhere.

i have a question regarding this, currently i have a reciever to speaker set up, should i worry about sound quality issues in routing my computer sound thru this? or should it sound just as good as anything else?

It depends on your soundcard and the filles you listen to.

Crappy encoded low bitrate mp3's probably arent going to sound very good wihen compared to well encoded ones.

Most soundcards can do a great job, but there are some out there that arent very good.

If you're concerned about it, the Chaintech av710 is less than 25 dollars, and has near flawless sound.

my bitrate is usually pretty good, 192 or higher, minimum of 128.
