My computer is fairly new, but I'm still using an old gateway USB keyboard. There are several media playback controls (volume, play/pause, next track, etc) at the top of my keyboard, but they do not work. I downloaded some gateway USB keyboard drivers from their website, and the buttons did work but the software it installed was really shitty. I couldn't bind any of the media playback keys to winamp, they were stuck to windows media player functions.
Is there any way around this? Do I need to give you more info? Anything that could help I appreciate.

For the hell of it, heres a picture of the keys I'm talking about at the top:

Most big-brand computer equipment is a different company's hardware with the big-brand logo painted on it. Your best bet is to do a Google search for the various serial numbers on the underside of the keyboard, find out who REALLY built it, and see if they have any drivers to offer.
