It looks like you are using Windows XP.
If you click on Change/Remove now doesn't it give you an error saying it may have already been removed and asking if you would like it removed from the list?
If that doesn't work, then you can remove it from the registry using regedit.
I will not be held responsible if you screw up your computer using regedit.
You should be able to locate a "folder" for the program under:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
    Hope that helps.

TweakUI should let you remove things from the add/remove list :)

    I can't find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Uninstall in the registry.

and in TweakUI i can't find anything either.

Just search for the name of the application that you deleted in the registry, and delete all the keys that have it.
