L OL O OL
stop being a fatass
wow, just wow
It's all in your genetics. Sorry you can't change that.
I would say walking/joggin/running would be your best chance to fight the beef belly, working your stomach muscles isn't going to isolate your stomach fats, you just need to get a good daily walk/jog and maybe a good swimming routine
Muscle burns fat. More adominal muscle = more fat being burnt.
But yeah, overall a good diet and cardio will be more effective. If you actually want abs though, start hitting those crunches and hanging leg raises.
doing tons of crunches/leg raises will not give you a six pack....
"abs are made in the kitchen"
You apparently missed the part where I said diet and cardio are what makes the stomach. But nonetheless, if you want a solid 6pack that actually sticks out and is there when you're not shitting yourself trying to flex "most" people need to hit the ab workouts.
I've done it all from no abs, to a 4 pack, 6 pack, and 8 pack. I know what it takes to get abs. Pics of yours?
I disagree, if you are lean you don't need to do a ton of ab work to have a six pack.
I've had all of the above and no I'm not going to post pics.
You're going to have to drown the fat off....with more beer.
a pound of muscle burns ~6 calories per day at rest
Where did I ever say a "ton" was required. I simply said diet and cardio are the primary contributors to abs/6pack, but for most people if you really want them to stand out doing some crunches and hanging leg raises should be done.
I swear, sometimes I think you just can't read.
