How do I get past my work's firewall system, "WEBSENSE" ?

    have a quick look at your employment contract and employee manual, there may be a very specific line about getting around the blocks that your IT department puts up, at the request of senior management. A lot of places will can your ass for trying to do that.

    Well, then you should have plenty of sway to get the firewall relaxed for legitimate business reasons that just happen to coincide with your personal interests.

    Or, you're not actually "internet sales director", and you don't know shit about getting policies changed in a corporate environment, and that's why you're here asking for haxx0rs.
