    This is pathetic.

I inserted a music CD into the mini...which decided it wasn't able to read it. So, it didn't mount the thing...there's no icon on the desktop, etc. How can I get it out? The mini doesn't have a hole for a paperclip.

How did this one get past the human factors engineers?

if you don't have an apple keyboard with an eject button, you can also press and hold the F12 key for a couple of seconds to eject.

on a laptop, if you hold the mouse button down when it boots up, it forces the cd tray to open...:dunno: if it would work on the mini

I guess it's the principle of the thing. I don't want to reboot my computer just to get the CD out. drutil works, so I'm happy :)

Silly thought, isn't there a small hole near the slot that you can use to poke an open paperclip into that can also eject the cd?
