How do I get a scheduled task to play a song?

I'd like the computer to wake me in the morning so I figured I could set a scheduled task. I set the scheduled task for Windows Media Player or iTunes but it just opens the program instead of playing a song.

    Any advice?

Schedule a task to run windows media player. Then go to the task properties and just replace the run command with: wmplayer "c:\blah\mysong.mp3"
