Im 6"0, 159lb. I go to the gym about 5-6 times a week, for about 45-50 mins each time. Ive got some definition, but not much bulk. I tried eating McD like every day for a month..... didnt gain a pound!

What do I need to eat that will let me gain about 20 lb asap? I have really shitty appetite too... I can go for a day on a single meal no problem....

you might be suprised, but everyone can go for a day on a single meal; they just don't. and it's probably why your metabolism sucks ass.

Omg, I can't believe I hear anyone complain about not having an "appetite". You think people who want to get big eat because they are hungry? Do they drink 2 gallons of water a day because they are thirsty?

according to that article i only need 2813.5 calories to gain, it sounds like good news to me seeing yesterday i ate 3824 calories. I'm gaining probably 1 lb a week or less. That's being hard on myself given water weight and such. so 1 lb is pretty accurate

^ Are you actually tracking, or just guessing. When people guess, they sometimes bend the numbers to fit their needs.

would it be wrong of me to say that while eating the same amount of calories, i'm putting on weight from drinking a half gallon of water a day.

I'm weighing myself in the morning and i finish drinking the bottle mid day.

What kind of hindrance would a severe lack of water consumption have? I wonder how key it is in the equation.

I am thinking your joking but...

    www.fitday.com
Most products have nutritional info on the backs by the way. You add up the calories... If there isn't a label i.e a bannana. You can look the total up online.

I tried that fitday.com thing. Didn't last a day. Too much of hassle to enter specific items. If I ate the same exact thing everyday it might work but that doesn't happen.

fit day is a bit of a hassel in the begining but once you have all your shit entered its only a couple clicks a day. simple, and great accurate info.
