The top part of my chest is larger. How do you isolate the lower portion?
Inclines? with bar and DB? I think..
I thought those targetted the tops of the pecs?
OMG. Do dips and flat.
lower your body fat
Most usually have the opposite problem. Where lower pecs gets more/ easily developed.
he cannot stimulate this portion?
dips while leaning foward
ha, yeah, most like me have the opposite problem. my lower develop much easier then my upper.
My pecs are assymetrical
decline bench or dips while leaning forward. im not sure how flat will help since it incorporates your shoulders. or if you feel like you incorporate alot of tri's in your pressing movement try performing flys.
what happend to that sticky that talked about flat > decline for lower pecs
that was the reason i stopped doing decline
I can't beleive people don't do decline, it takes out majority of the shoulders and triceps and isolates the chest
decline increases triceps involvement
i do incline decline and flat
So close grip declines would be a good tricep movement?
well it completely takes my triceps outta the movement
fuck man i aint no expert on these words but what the hell is decline and flat? ive only been to the gym 2 1/2 months now.
flat = lying on a flat bench
decline = lying on a bench at a negative angle, whereas your legs are higher than your head..
