how do I create mass email list?

    I'm the president of a school club and need to be able to mass email a group, I use outlook express currently, how do I create a list server or something of that sort?

    Cant you just comma delimit every address? Or is that not exactly what your your talking about?

    do that and just copy it into a text file; open txt, copy, paste, close txt

    so there is no way to create like a email list called 'group' and put the email addresses into it and then just type 'group' in the email line and it would send it out to the list....

    for me it is fine to have the txt file, however there are other people in the group that need the same list and might not want to go through all that to send an email

    Not sure about Outlook Express.. but if you use Outlook, you can create distribution list (under Contact or Groups).

    This is cake. In Outlook Express you just open the address book and create a new Group. Add the members you want in there and you're done.

    what he said. It's going to take a while to enter all the names, but it'll be easier every other time

    Try to stay off spam blacklists :)
