Also check the Startup folder in your Start Menu's Programs sub-menu.

    from some random website:

    "Process File: rundll32 or rundll32.exe
    Process Name: Windows RUNDLL32 Helper
Description: The Windows Rundll32 Program is used to run DLLs as programs and is used by many programs to execute functions located in a DLL file"

    that being said, :dunno:

DLL's are kinda like windows compressed system files (best description i can think of).

    Except Enternet runs his PPPoE.

If you have XP, utilize the integrated PPPoE software.

rundll32 is often disguised as a virus BTW. It's spelled slightly different: rundl132 or rund1l32. You have to copy it to notepad or something to notice the difference in letters in the system font. Rundll32 is used to do system calls to the OS kernal, but I don't remember it being used 24/7 - it's used more like batch command - run it and exit it.

BTW, dll stands for dyamic link library - essentially a windows object or module if you will.
