    2 Months ago I was 293 with a clean bill of health according to my doctor (besides being fat). I'd had enough. I cut my calories to 2000-2500. Started training 5 days a week no excuses.

    Today I find you a man of 257 lbs. More energetic and alive then I have ever been. Still fat yes but losing more by the day. My strength has increased to levels I could never dream of and I'm not out of breath from doing the things I used to.

    You guys have been a huge help. Admittedly I've been using thermorexin and myoplex mrp's. Thermo for my metabolisim and the myo to keep the nutrients and protein in my diet.

    The guys at anafit especially mike :bowdown:.

    I'm still a little shy about taking pictures. I've also learned the scale and height weight isnt everything so I'm going to start measuring progress by bf% and strength gains.

    good shit dude. i've learned alot from f&n myself. went from 323 nov. 2006 to 220lbs march 2008, still losing. keep at it man.

    If you measure a bunch of things it'll be easier to track progress since a little change in weight can mean adding muscle and losing fat.
    There was something about measuring arms flexed vs unflexed, then measure quads, gastrocnemius (fuck, I can't remember the "normal" name in English :o), chest, shoulders, waist, ass.

    I agree, I have learned so much from you fuckers... went from 210-180 and chilled for the winter now I am back at it and will see you guys at 165. btw I am 5'6".

    it took a lot of wading through shit, but f&n did help me too. at the same time it was pretty funny. 125 to 145lbs

    Energy. I'm in the gym 5 to 6 days a week now. It's free and close to my home (fire department). Start eating right working out and your energy levels will go up. The thermorexin helps too.

    i've heard the name thermorexin get thrown around a lot, what exactly are the active ingredients? currenlty i take Mega-t green tea extract, alpha lipoic acid, and some sesapure on the way in the mail :x:
    occasionally ill pop a quarter piece of nic gum to curb cravings when i'm out workin' and away from healthy foods.
