how d yu develop delts?

    i ve tried behind the neck press,dumbell press,laterals.i just cant build them.they dont respond at all.all my other muscle groups respond except delts.serious advice please no wiseass answers or i will request banishment,thankyou.

    I do killer sets of lateral raises and different variations of neck presses and I've seen tons of improvement. I think it's a lot about intensity and especially form. I see a lot of people use too much weight then use their back to get it up.

    so strict form laterals with light weight? no presses than? i have bombed my delts with presses and have had no response.

    pre-fatigue with laterals then heavy presses have worked for some

    ive tried standing,seated and dumbell.i have used strict form,but little if any results.

    i dont think i should eat more.im already a bit overweight. allthough i have some vascularity.

    the answer is simple, you need to eat more, a lot more. doing laterals and all these faggy isolation movements arent gonna magically make them grow. eat more and do heavy sets of push press and strict press
