    javascript/CSS is possible, but, beyond my knowledge. Flash would be easiest :)

    or, you could simply google "tool tips" and find a premade script.

    took me about 20 seconds to find several that were easily implementable.

    yea, i found a few of those. but they're not exactly what i want. i wouldn't know how to edit them to appear just as on the website in the first post.

    You would simply design how you want the tool tip to be, make that in HTML/CSS, then implement it in to the tool-tip code.

    Not the easiest thing in the world, but also far from difficult. If you posted the tool tip you weret rying to use, as well as the code for the way you want it to look, Im sure someone here would be happy to help you out.
