List like no vitamins and minerals?? :hs: Is all of that nutrition lost by being canned/frozen?

And whats better for you, canned or frozen veggies?

It's kind of a pain to have to get fresh veggies, having cans and frozen bags is so much more convenient :hs:

The nutrients are lost in the water and in the cooking process (which adds even more water).
Use little to no added water and you should be good. It's still much better than no getting any.
